It all began during my high school days when I started working part-time in the roofing industry during summer breaks. Little did I know, this experience would ignite a deep passion within me.
At the age of 19, I landed an apprenticeship with a major roofing company in the Greater Milwaukee area. As I worked alongside seasoned professionals, I quickly felt a passion in artistry and intricacies of roofing.
Determined to excel in my chosen field, I sought out opportunities for growth and learning. I obtained a certification with ABC contractors, which opened doors to acquiring new skills and knowledge. With each passing day, I learned and acquired experience, rapidly evolving from an apprentice to a journeyman, mastering the nuances of roofing.
As a journeyman, I was entrusted with greater responsibilities, and eventually, I was promoted to the position of a foreman. Leading roofing crews and overseeing projects became my passion and It made me realize what I had to do.
Driven by the motivation and passion to create something of my own, I took a leap of faith and founded Starline Roofing in August 2020. This venture allowed me to blend my expertise, love for the craft, and commitment to excellence. From that moment on, my life's work became about providing top-notch roofing services and leaving a mark in the industry.
As I continue to lead Starline Roofing, I am reminded daily of the journey that led me here. From a high school part-timer to a respected business owner, my story stands as a testament to the power of following one's passion and embracing the entrepreneurial spirit.
